We recently had the opportunity to come across an organization that simultaneously broke our hearts and gave us hope. We are so excited about what they are doing, and we knew that you would be glad to see it as well.
It is incredibly hard for an adult to find the encouragement and stability to claw themselves out of poverty. It’s nearly impossible for a child that was born into it. Compassion International is a not-for-profit organization that specializes in finding ways for developing and caring for children that are living in poverty all over the world. There are many organizations that do great things for children, but what stands out to us about Compassion is their developmental care for each child as an individual. Its easy to apply a band-aid and move on, but its hard to build a relationship and care for someone. Compassion International stands out to us because they choose to do what is hard for the sake of others. It is for this reason that we have decided to partner with Compassion and we encourage you all to read more about them.
